The delivery of the products ordered by each user on the StrongH site is done under the conditions of the applicable law (ANPC) and in accordance with the terms and conditions highlighted in the "Terms and Conditions" section of the StrongH site.

Delivery time for each order is:

All products will be packaged and sent by StrongH under excellent conditions of use and will not contain defects or other factory faults or errors in the production and distribution of a StrongH branded product.

All products will be packaged according to legal and quality standards provided by law (ANPC).

During the delivery, StrongH does not assume, under the applicable law, the following:

• Delivery delays due to the mail courier.

• Damages, errors, losses incurred during transport to the recipient, which fall under the direct responsibility of the carrier.

Return policy

If there is any dissatisfaction with the purchased products, they may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products, in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 on the protection of consumers in respect of the conclusion and performance of distance contracts.

The product must be returned to StrongH in its original, undamaged and full label / package, exactly the way it was received. Also, the product should not have been used before return.

In case of return, transport costs fall on the buyer.

The return value will be made within 5 working days of the date of return (the date of return is the date the product arrived at StrongH).

StrongH has the right to refuse the return if returned products do not comply with the terms and conditions of the signed contract (by confirming the terms and conditions) between the user and StrongH.
